Brylliana, Client Care Specialist
Hi, I’m Bryll. My journey with animals began at 15, volunteering at a cat welfare shelter in Melbourne.
This soon turned into a job as an animal attendant. By the age of 18, I had grown into the role of veterinary nurse, and then moved to work in a general practice with a focus on greyhounds and reproduction.
During this period, in 2011, I completed my Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
In 2012, I had the incredible opportunity to volunteer in South Africa, raising cheetah cubs for a month. This experience was life-changing and deepened my love for animal conservation.
Upon returning, I resumed my work at the cat welfare shelter and also took on a role at an emergency centre before moving to Queensland in 2013.
My career took a significant turn when I joined the Brisbane Veterinary Specialist Centre (BVSC) in September 2013. Here, I had the chance to nurse for Advanced Animal Dentistry one day a week, and it was during this time that my love for animal dentistry grew. I knew this was the career path I wanted to pursue.

After two years as a Primary Radiation Therapy nurse, I took some time off to welcome my beautiful son in 2017. Returning to BVSC, I resumed my role in nursing for Advanced Animal Dentistry, rotating through various departments, and also began working in emergency care, another area I’m passionate about.
In 2019, my career dreams came true when I was asked to join Advanced Animal Dentistry full-time. I feel incredibly grateful to work alongside Drs Bec and Aaron. They are not only wonderful colleagues but also good friends, and their dedication to animal care is truly inspiring. I trust them completely with the dental care of my own dogs.
Outside of work, I continue to stay active in emergency nursing to keep my skills sharp. I love spending time with my family, including my handsome Belgian Malinois. My passion for animal conservation remains a driving force in my life, and I hope to engage in more volunteer work with conservation organisations in the future.
